LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that We, Edgard II, Emperor of all the Alexandrians, Perpetual Defender of the People of Alexandria, Most Noble Sovereign of the lands of Alexandria, By Grace of God, Lord of the Empire, Marquess of Nubinar, King of Galatia, Duke of Anglien, Duke of Gettinsburg, Duke of New Acadia, Count of Saransburg, Baron of Reistag, Baronet of Lemay, Grand-Officer of the Ordre de la Grenade, and Grand Eagle of the Legion of Honor and of the orders awarded by the Empire, do by this Our Imperial Instrument, in the exercise of Our Most Ancient Prerogative Imperial, by and with the advice of Our Council of State, hereby recognise the text of the Economic Stimulus Bill, with exception to Article 3, as law. AND that abolish all state companies and amalgamate them into the State; AND that the Imperial Parliament has had ample time to deliberate and vote for this Bill but has failed to do so. We do further command that it have immediate effect upon this 9th day of December of 2009; And we do further Command that our subjects be given this Decree as law and proclaimed throughout our realm. WHEREAS the Imperial Parliament is deadlocked with political bickering;

FOR AS MUCH as in Our Estates-General an Act has been agreed upon by you Our loving Subjects the Members of the Estates the short Title whereof is the National Security Act of 2005, yet this said Act is not of force and effect in the Law without Our Royal Assent, AND WE DECLARE and will that after this Our Royal Assent given and passed by these presents, then and immediately the said Act shall be taken, accepted and admitted a good sufficient and perfect Act of the Estates-General and Law to all intents, constructions and purposes and to be put in due execution accordingly. In Witness whereof We have caused these Our Letters to be made Patent WITNESS of Ourself at Our court at Wesloderia this 10th day of June in the Year of Grace 2005, the Third year of Our Reign. Edgard, by the Grace of God of all Alexandrians Emperor, to all Our loving subjects, and whatsoever to whom these presents shall come, greeting.

AND WE DECLARE and will that after this Our Royal Assent given and passed by these presents, then and immediately the said Act shall be taken, accepted and admitted a good sufficient and perfect Act of the Estates-General and Law to all intents, constructions and purposes and to be put in due execution accordingly.
