Welcome

How to use this site
Either use the search box if you know the name of the article, or use the category dropdown to the right if you know the type.
Notes
General
Decrees which merely give Imperial assent to Acts of Parliament are not currently listed, but the Decree is noted in the comments underneath the Act.
Note, however, that certain Acts such as the Economy Act 2005 were never passed by Parliament, but were instead given force by Imperial Decree.
Dates
Where there is a conflict between the date on which an article was signed and the date on which it was published, the article will be filled under the date signed.
Acts of Parliament
Acts of Parliament are catergorised twice: firstly by whether they are the current, up to date copy [as amended] or the original [as passed], and secondly by whether they are in force [inforce] or repealed in whole [repealed].
Amendments etc.
- [A1] indicates where text has been inserted
- [R1] indicates where text has been repealed
- [C1] indicates where text has been altered (by repeal and insertion)
